Chelsea close to deal for Everton prospect Ishe Samuels-Smith

Chelsea are getting closer to signing a third wunderkind from a Premier League opponent.

According to The Athletic, the Blues are expected to sign Ishe Samuels-Smith in the coming week.

According to the report, the 17-year-old has signed a three-year contract with the Stamford Bridge club.

Samuels-Smith is a talented teenager who thrived in Everton’s development system.

He is now ready to move for a fee of around $4 million, which could include add-ons.

Chelsea has also signed Alex Matos from Norwich City, and Diego Moreira from Benfica.
