Here we go! Romano confirms Kovacic joining Man City from Chelsea with £30m fee
Let’s get started! Mateo Kovacic has joined Manchester City from Chelsea, according to Romano.
According to Romano, the transfer fee has been agreed upon and is finalized.
Chelsea will get a fixed price of £25 million from Manchester City.
Another £5 million will be included in add-ons that will be activated only if/when Manchester City wins titles, not based on individual player performance.
Manchester City and Chelsea have recently agreed on a sum of £30 million.
Personal arrangements were agreed about two weeks ago, and Kovacic was only interested in joining Manchester City.
The Croatian will undergo medicals in the coming days.
