Lies of P is a souls-like game, developed and published by Neowiz Games and is loosely based on The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi. The game came out on 19th September 2023 with some players left wondering if Lies of P is free to play. Are Lies of P free-to-play?

Lies of P puts you in the shoes of a half-human Pinocchio as you explore the City of Krat and combat increasingly difficult enemies with several weapons. Unfortunately for players looking for a game that’s light on your wallet, Lies of P is not free-to-play. You will have to shell out approximately USD 50, depending on your region to get access to the game. Lies of P comes in two editions; the base game and a Digital Deluxe Edition. The Standard Edition of Lies of P gives you the base game and bonus cosmetic content, a Mischievous Puppet’s Clothes and Parade Hat. Meanwhile, the Digital Deluxe Edition will give players these two perks as well as the following:

72-hour early access
The Great Venigni’s Signature Coat
The Great Venigni’s Glasses
The mask is worn by those preparing for the festival

Is Lies of P available on the Xbox Game Pass?

Fortunately, players who own the Xbox Game Pass can access Lies of P from the pass library. The developers announced back in February 2023 that Lies of P would indeed be available on the pass after the early access period lapsed. This means Xbox Game Pass subscribers can simply download and jump into the game without having to pay full price. Lies of P was one of this year’s biggest releases to come to the Xbox Game Pass this year. The game is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
