Joao Felix took massive pay-cut for Barcelona move

Joao Felix has taken a massive pay cut to join Barcelona on loan.

Cadena Cope says the on-loan Atletico Madrid striker will be on around 35,000 a week for the season at Barca.

Felix also signed a new deal with Atletico before making the move.

The deal to 2029 is worth 50 percent less than his previous contract, with Atletico contributing a percentage of his wages during the loan.

Felix made his debut in victory at Osasuna on Sunday.
