Along with Lewin and Roop, Sullivan split his time with the ICW and brought the devil-worshiping gimmick with him. His servant was the Fallen Angel, who subsequently became known as a Woman. Upon his arrival in the NWA, Sullivan co-founded The Varsity Club with Mike Rotunda and Rick Steiner. They quickly began feuding with Jimmy Garvin because Sullivan desired Garvin’s wife Precious. Lee would return and eventually defeat Sullivan in a Singapore Spike bout, which Lee won after Nightstalker unintentionally hit Sullivan with the spike.
