All-time Career of Kosei Fujita

New Japan Pro-Wrestling (2021–Present)

After passing an entrance exam in December 2020, Fujita was granted a training spot in the New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) dojo. He began training there in April 2021. Fujita made his professional wrestling debut on August 24 against fellow young lion Ryohei Oiwa in a match that ended in a draw after four months of training in the dojo. For the most part of his matches, Fujita lost to other, more seasoned wrestlers, as is customary for most professional wrestlers and different young lions. This helped other wrestlers gain respect while also giving Fujita some in-ring, televised, experience. Fujita competed in the 2022 New Japan Cup in March of that year, falling to Yoshi-Hashi in the second round. In an All Japan Pro Wrestling match on July 9, Fujita made his first appearance outside of NJPW, defeating Dan Tamura and Ryo Inoue with Tiger Mask. On August 10, Fujita assisted Zack Sabre Jr. in defeating EVIL in a 2022 G1 Climax block match by dressing up as Sabre to fool EVIL into letting Sabre win. Fujita and Ryohei Oiwa used the same maneuver once more to help Sabre defeat EVIL in a rematch on November 5 in the NJPW World Television Championship tournament semifinals. When TMDK was in need of a fourth member on January 5 at New Year Dash!, Sabre pulled Fujita from the audience, removed his Young Lion attire, and gave him a TMDK shirt. Fujita then joined the stable.
