Quinn Ojinnaka, the ring name Moose, is an American professional wrestler and former American football player. He is a two-time Impact Grand Champion and is presently signed to Impact Wrestling, formerly known as Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA).

In addition to Ring of Honor, he has worked for Revolution Pro Wrestling, EVOLVE Wrestling, and WhatCulture Pro Wrestling. As an offensive lineman, he attended Syracuse and was taken in the fifth round of the 2006 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons. He later played for the New England Patriots, the St. Louis Rams, and the Indianapolis Colts.

All-time Career of Moose

Ojinnaka began professional wrestling training in 2012 at WWA4 under Mr. Hughes and has attended WWE training camps. On February 22, 2014, Ojinnaka made his Dragon Gate USA debut as a bodyguard alongside The Bravado Brothers.

Ring of Honor (from 2014 to 2016)

On June 22, 2014, Ojinnaka appeared in Ring of Honor’s Best in the World 2014 event, and the promotion confirmed two days later that he had signed a contract with them. Ojinnaka soon took on the ring name Moose and joined forces with R.D. Evans and Veda Scott.

(2015) Global Force Wrestling

On May 6, 2015, Global Force Wrestling (GFW) announced the addition of Ojinnaka to their roster. His debut GWF match took place on June 12 as part of the GFW 2015 Grand Slam Tour on Day 1. At this event, he defeated Kevin Matthews. Moose picked up another victory on Day 2 of the tour, defeating Kongo Kong. On Day 4, Moose was defeated by Doc Gallows. Moose and Sonjay Dutt won a tag match against Jamin Olivencia and Jon Bolen on Day 6 of the tour.

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling and Impact Wrestling debuts, as well as various feuds (2016-2017)

On July 12, 2016, Destination X episode of Impact Wrestling, Moose made his TNA debut, interrupting the main event match between TNA World Heavyweight Champion Lashley and TNA X Division Champion Eddie Edwards, aligning himself with Mike Bennett and Maria, and establishing himself as a heel. Ojinnaka reportedly signed a two-year contract with the promotion. Moose made his Impact Wrestling debut on July 28th, defeating independent wrestler David Starr. Moose and Mike Bennett beat Eddie Edwards and Ethan Carter III on the August 11 episode of Impact Wrestling. Moose beat Eddie Edwards on the August 19 episode of Impact Wrestling.

Moose competed in a Battle Royal to decide the number one contender for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship on the August 26 episode of Impact Wrestling but was eliminated by Mike Bennett. Moose refused to assist Mike Bennett during his World Heavyweight Championship fight against Lashley on the September 1 episode of Impact Wrestling and assaulted him after the bout, destroying their partnership and turning face in the process.

On October 2, 2016, Moose defeated Bennett at Bound for Glory. On the October 13 episode of Impact Wrestling, he defeated Ethan Carter III to set up a match against Lashley for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Moose was beaten by Lashley on the October 20 episode of Impact Wrestling. Moose was beaten by Mike Bennett via count-out on the November 10 episode of Impact Wrestling, disqualifying him from the four-way match the following week to select another new contender number one for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

Grand Champion of Impact (2016-2017)

On the December 1 edition of Impact Wrestling, Moose accepted Aron Rex’s Open Challenge and defeated him for the Impact Grand Championship. In a rematch the following week, Moose successfully defended his title against Aron Rex. Following the match, he faced off against the returning Drew Galloway. He successfully defended his title against Mike Bennett by a decision on the January 5 episode of Impact Wrestling. Following the match, Moose was challenged by Bennett to another No Disqualification match at One Night Only: Live!, which he won.

Drew Galloway defeated Moose for the Impact Grand Championship on January 19, 2017. Moose was defeated by Drew Galloway in a rematch at Genesis 2017 and failed to reclaim the championship. Moose defended Cody’s wife Brandi Rhodes from an attack by Rosemary and Decay on the February 9 edition of Impact Wrestling. Moose and Brandi defeated Abyss and Crazzy Steve the following week. Cody thanked Moose for assisting Brandi Rhodes while he was abroad on the March 23 episode of Impact Wrestling. Cody, on the other hand, would attack Moose after discovering Brandi had Moose’s phone number.

On the March 2 edition of Impact Wrestling, Cody attacked Moose and brawled with him, causing Cody to flee from Moose. Moose defeated Drew Galloway the following night to reclaim the Impact Grand Championship. Moose controlled the Grand Championship for the majority of early to mid-2017. Between championship defenses, Moose challenged Lashley for the World Heavyweight Championship but was unsuccessful in his May 30 title match challenge. Moose’s Grand Championship reign came to an end on July 5 when he was defeated by Ethan Carter III.

On August 17, Moose competed in a 20-man Gauntlet Match to determine the new World Heavyweight Champion, but Eli Drake won. Moose was beaten in a singles match against Ethan Carter III on August 21, but bounced back the next night with a victory over former Heavyweight Champion Lashley. The following night, on August 22, Moose defeated Lashley by disqualification.

Asesory and Administrative Assistance (2017)

On August 26, Moose made his Mexican wrestling debut for Asistencia Asesoria y Administracion (AAA) at Triplemana XXV, when he competed in a battle royal won by La Parka II.
