Trish Stratus Says Becky Lynch Broke Her Face On 7/3 WWE RAW

Trish Stratus wore a vintage outfit on the July 3 broadcast of WWE RAW.

The WWE Hall of Famer competed in her first-ever ladder match at WWE Money in the Bank, when she competed in the Women’s Money in the Bank bout. Stratus appears to have suffered a facial injury during the competition. Stratus mentioned Becky Lynch messed up her face in a tweet, and she released a photo of the medical team treating her for the accident.

When Lynch called Stratus out on WWE RAW on July 3, she appeared on stage wearing a face mask. She said that “The Man” smashed her nose at the premium live event, therefore she was unable to compete. Stratus first hinted that Lynch could face Zoey Stark instead, before telling the former champion to mark next week’s match on her schedule.

Seeing Stratus wearing a face mask reminded fans of her first WWE tenure when she adopted a similar look after breaking her nose in 2004.
